Project Description: 
Construction of a purpose-built welfare, services and waiting area. This project utilised high-quality materials and curtain wall glazing to provide a new client area for the Crematorium. 

Delivery was via a Contractors Design and Build Portion JCT. The scheme enhanced the welfare and waiting area for the clients of the crematorium. In addition, it provided streamlining of the vehicle access and parking facilities, complete with new roads and pedestrian walkways.
