Project Description: 
The Project required the conversion of an under-ground car park into offices and a communication centre for the relocation of the IT department of Hounslow Police force. 

Delivered under a standard JCT Contract, significant logistical issues had to be overcome to deliver the project to meet the clients very tight deadlines. Timely completion allowed the client to move to the new premises and retain ongoing services provision.

• Large scale air handling, plant and air conditioning installation.
• Control of multiple disciplines and coordination of specialist works to deliver to tight time scales. 
• Maintaining police and council working facilities during the construction program.
